The Men's and Women's Christian Recovery Homes, sponsored by Victory Outreach Phoenix, are a live-in, 12 month, Christian care homes for adult men and women who have drug and/or alcohol problems. Our annual International convention called Mighty Men of Valor is a time when thousands of men gather from all over the world to receive a fresh impartation of God. Timely messages from our founder, Pastor Sonny Arguinzoni Sr., the Elders and leadership of the ministry help men find direction concerning their walk with the Lord and their role in Victory Outreach. Men are equipped to fulfill their part in the vision of the local church, to reach their community.

Our Victory Home is a Christian Recovery Home, sponsored by our local church. We are a live-in, twelve month, Christian care home for adult men (18+) who have an addiction to drug and/or alcohol. Our program is designed to reclaim, redeem, and restore lives that have been consumed by drugs, alcohol and/or other substance abuse. The course of the recovery home is one-year, and all individuals live in a 24-hour "Home" environment. Pastor Tony & Sister Patsy Garcia are the lead pastors of VOPHX. Their Passion is to see the lost find Jesus and their purpose. They have been serving as lead pastors since 1985, having started 11+ churches throughout the state of Arizona.
