Our Victory Home is a Christian Recovery Home, sponsored by our local church. We are a live-in, twelve month, Christian care home for adult men (18+) who have an addiction to drug and/or alcohol. Our program is designed to reclaim, redeem, and restore lives that have been consumed by drugs, alcohol and/or other substance abuse. The course of the recovery home is one-year, and all individuals live in a 24-hour "Home" environment. If you are interested or know someone who is in need of our services and are ready to make that commitment towards change please contact us. Types of Substance Abuse Facilities

Our annual International convention called Mighty Men of Valor is a time when thousands of men gather from all over the world to receive a fresh impartation of God. Timely messages from our founder, Pastor Sonny Arguinzoni Sr., the Elders and leadership of the ministry help men find direction concerning their walk with the Lord and their role in Victory Outreach. Men are equipped to fulfill their part in the vision of the local church, to reach their community.
But men are also challenged to rise up to fulfill the global vision of Victory Outreach, to proclaim the life changing gospel of Jesus Christ around the world. Pastor Tony & Sister Patsy Garcia are the lead pastors of VOPHX. Their Passion is to see the lost find Jesus and their purpose. They have been serving as lead pastors since 1985, having started 11+ churches throughout the state of Arizona. We are not a treatment program, but rely on the Word of God through the Bible, prayer, and positive decision making in order to aide a person through their ‘journey of change.’ Our Homes are not government funded and rely solely on the immediate community for our sole financial support. At local church and regional functions men gather together for a time of prayer, worship and a special time in the word of God from their Pastor’s and leaders.
